A song about the anxious excitement of anticipating the return of someone you love. This song reminds us to make the best of the present moment and appreciate daily hellos and goodbyes, knowing that they are limited.

Lyrics
Coming through the back door twice
Seeing you so nice
Are you back to stay?
Maybe a snow day?
Reaching for your forgotten keys
Can’t you stay, oh please?
Run all through my day
Wishing you could play
Sitting by the window pane
Watching the light rain
Floating along sky
Clouds just passing by
Waiting for you,
to walk on through
Into my frame,
singing out my name
Thumbing through directories
for trajectories
Advanced calculation
My next situation
Coming through the back door twice
Seeing you so nice
Time just settling in
To begin again
Waiting for you,
to walk on through
Into my frame,
singing out my name
